Forum Sales, the Mural and Christine Rosholt

So much excitement at the Jungle these days! First off, A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum is a huge hit! The show is selling out a week in advance but don’t worry; there are great seat available if you plan a week out.

My recommendation: prior to the show, eat in one of the fabulous restaurants that ring the theater (It’s Greek to Me, Heidi’s, Fuji Ya, Risotto, Bryant Lake Bowl). That way, you can park once and be assured that you will find a place in the lot behind the theater. Make a night of it!
And when you come don’t forget to walk around the back of the theater and see the progress the painters are making on the mural (despite the rain)! It is so gorgeous and will be finished later in July.

Margo and I have just met with jazz singer Christine Rosholt who will be presenting a concert at the Jungle on Monday, September 26, called Jazz Meets the Bard, which is designed to complement the theater’s production of Hamlet. For those of you who know Christine’s work, you won’t want to miss this special evening, and for those of you who have never heard her, you are in for a treat.

Remember, as Shakespeare says, “Love sought is good, but given unsought is better!” See you at the Jungle!

  1. Not surprised Forum is selling out. It's fantastic. A real joy, when the world needs a little lift.
